Amazing place. I got married in October and had a wonderful experience here. I had all my bouquets made, a floral crown and was even able to order additional flowers to make little arrangements for my ceremony and reception. They spent hours with my helping me choose flowers in the color and style I wanted and a budget I could afford. I was blown away by how personal this experience was and would recommend 100 percent.

I was a bit rushed to get home before my guests arrived today, but I thought Id stop in to get a little gift for my guest of honour. The boutique was quite lovely and if I had more time I would have certainly looked around at the decor items. The owner (it seemed) was on the phone when I arrived but finished the conversation quickly and I asked if there were any prepared bouquets available. She told me there were not but it would only take a couple minutes to prepare one. There werent many types of flowers but some large roses caught my eye. I asked the price of these roses to which a was told a price, over $5 per stem. It was a bit pricey from my experience because I often get lovely roses from Costco for $20 per 24 stems. I said it was ok, and thanked her as I was leaving the store. She asked me if it was too expensive, to which I replied it was a bit expensive. She then expressed if I could afford the bag I was wearing I should be able to afford the flowers then full-out LAUGHED at me. It was truly one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had. I have worked in retail and in restaurants and would have never treated my clients as such. I honestly would have come back to shop in the decor area when I had more time, but I will never visit this store again. I was raised to never mock someones circumstances like that and not to judge someone by their appearance. You never know what a stranger is going through. It was a very hurtful experience to say the least.
