do NOT use this service. Ordered a gift basket from this company for my girlfriend in Montreal and sent a polite email asking for more information regarding the contents. All I got was curt and obnoxious replies, delays because they assumed that I was unsure about the order, and even after I had told them to go ahead with it, they waited an additional day because they were still unsure I wanted to send it. Ended up canceling my order. If the owners are reading this, please know that despite communicating politely with your staff , they remain very rude and difficult. No problem taking my business elsewhere to someone that actually appreciates their customers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional! I placed an order and six days later- WHEN MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED! I received this ridiculous email (all of which information SHOULD have been clearly stated on their website)..."Hi, I am very sorry that you did not receive our email indicating we were on vacation, and are back to work on Thursday, Sept 3. Even though, your order would not have yet been shipped, due to the heat. We are unable to ship any foods out of province when the weather is too warm, otherwise the foods will melt and spoil. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. Tina"
